Our hands, like the neck, lack fatty tissue; as a result, wrinkles develop on them before the face begins to show the first indications of aging. Hand vein visibility can visibly accentuate the impression of aging.
What to do to stop it:
Unfortunately, the effects of aging on your hands are extremely difficult to reverse. You can try to stop it, though. Don't forget to moisturize and nourish your hands if you want to keep their skin firm and youthful. When you cook, clean, or perform other household tasks, don't forget to put on a pair of gloves. Perform this arm exercise for 10 minutes as an added preventative measure so you won't be embarrassed to wear short sleeves in the future.
