In 1989, the collaboration between Italian and Japanese motorcycle manufacturers resulted in the Bimota YB6 EXUP, a groundbreaking model capable of reaching 270 km/h. Powered by a 145-horsepower engine with a displacement of 1003cc, the bike also featured a chain drive and a liquid cooling system.
