When Uncertain, Just Add an Arbitrary Stranger
So far, this is most likely the only picture we have seen where the subject truly has cause to believe their hand appears strange. The partner in this picture asked to have his hand taken off since he felt it looked strange and embarrassing. In the picture on the left, it does indeed seem strangely large, but this is most likely due to the angle the camera was pointing since his other hand is normal.
To correct that, though, a totally random stranger devoid of feet was included into the mixture. With the oddly-proportioned hand, it's definitely weirder now than it was before.
