34. Japanese Jindo

In Korea, the Jindo is a popular hunting and guard dog. With keen hearing and alertness, this dog is always on watch. The Jindo is loyal and protective, only becoming dangerous if it senses a threat. They are said to react aggressively if they or their owner are endangered. Their high prey drive means they must be socialized before bringing home small pets or children.
