These days, sugar has a bad reputation in diets, but bananas are not so bad. Besides lowering your intake of added sugars, bananas also provide a healthy dose of fiber, which is often added to foods where it does not naturally exist. The sugar in bananas is natural and comes with plenty of fiber.
