2. HAL Light Combat Helicopter: Power and Agility

The Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a multi-role aircraft designed and built in India. This attack helicopter stands out for its remarkable performance in trials. It made history as the first attack helicopter to land at very high altitudes, reaching a helipad at 13,600 feet (4,145 meters) and even a record altitude of 15,800 feet (4,815 meters). These achievements make the LCH the helicopter with the highest operational ceiling among all existing models.
Both the Indian Air Force and Army have ordered this model, confirming its reliability and value for modern military missions. Four prototypes have undergone intensive testing to ensure their performance and adaptability in the most demanding conditions.
