Conclusion

Avocados truly deserve their great reputation! They benefit the entire body, from head to toe. In a study of 17,567 people, avocado eaters were healthier, had higher nutrient intake, and were half as likely to have risk factors for diabetes and heart disease. They also had lower BMI and less belly fat. The connection between these results and avocados is not certain. Still, evidence suggests avocados can help keep you healthy, so why not give them a try?
