5. Stiffness in hands

Back issues may be to blame. The muscles of the left side of the torso serve as stabilisers as we step with our right leg and extend our left hand. Each step is applicable to this idea.
If the swing of your arms has a limited amplitude, you may be suffering from a spinal disc herniation or another condition. You should see an orthopedist or neurologist if you get stiffness in your hands while you walk.
