8. Stops hiccups

Hiccups can be frustrating and difficult to stop, but apple cider vinegar might be the quick fix you need. The strong, tangy taste of ACV is believed to stimulate the nerves in your throat, interrupting the hiccup reflex. Take a teaspoon of ACV straight or dilute it in water and drink it quickly. Be cautious not to use this method too often, as undiluted ACV can harm your teeth.
